How could there be any opponents to S.B 29?
After reading about Delaware Senate Bill 29, (The Child Victim's Act) in a recent News Journal article, I can't help but wonder who could possibly be against a bill to protect children from sexual abuse.

This bill would eliminate the statute of limitations on childhood sexual abuse and open a two-year window for past victims to come forward to expose dangerous sexual predators who are still living above the law today.

It also would allow victims to hold any institution (which may have been guilty of gross negligence) responsible for their actions.

Passing the Child Victim's Act will finally give child victims the chance to speak up in a way that they were previously unable to.

It will expose these deviant sexual predators still living among us in Delaware and nearby states.
