"Yes!"

On April 4, 2007, the Delaware State Senate passed the Child Victim's Act (Senate Bill 29), without amendment, by a vote of 19-0 (two absent). The senators voted "YES!" for protecting children by exposing sexual predators; and "YES!" for helping survivors of childhood sexual abuse take one step toward justice.

The Coalition to Pass Senate Bill 29 THANKS the senators and URGES the Delaware State House of Representatives to PASS the Child Victim's Act WITHOUT AMENDMENT.
